Thais seize notorious arms-deal suspect

Capturing weapons suppliers is a critical component of defeating terrorism and religious/ethnic extremism. Perhaps what is most interesting is that the laptop that was recovered by Colombian forces after the killing of FARC commandant Raul Reyes led to this arrest.
