Bogotá Eyes the Irish Model

Congress must pass the Colombian Free Trade Agreement. Not only does this affirm our commitment to Colombia, but also, it provides a modernization model for Latin America. The Irish example is Europe's success story; Colombia can be Latin America's economic pioneer.
