Czechs agree to electronic prescreening of travelers to U.S.

This is another sign of the general lethargy of the EU and how proactive steps by national governments, in this case the Czech Republic, are far more successful. These new travel measures streamline the process of entering the US and eliminates a cumbersome visa requirement that backlogged US consular officials aborad.
