Terrorism again intrudes as Spain heads to the polls

This is a cowardly act. I am not sure, however, how the Spanish people will react. Last time they voted out the government of Jose Maria Aznar only to be replaced by the lackluster and incompetent Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.
